“I am an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist practicing as a part of the team at St. Andrew’s Ipswich Private Hospital. By having the rooms onsite at the hospital, allows me to be available for you at the time of your delivery or in case of any gynaecological emergency.
I underwent early medical and formative O&G training at premier institutes in India. After coming to Australia, I worked in metropolitan and regional Queensland to advance my skills and expertise.

After completing my fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrician and Gynaecology( FRANZCOG), I worked at the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital and the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital to advance my expertise in the field of Paediatric & Adolescent Gynaecology.

Being a mother of two young boys, I appreciate the expectations of women and their families and believe in personalized pregnancy care from conception to delivery. From menstrual problems to the management of menopause, I have wide experience of treating various gynaecological conditions.

I pride myself in thorough investigations and evidence based management plans.
I have a wide scope of experience of working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds and apart from English, I can communicate with my patients in Hindi, Urdu and Marathi.
Outside of work, I love gardening and playing badminton.”
